This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 13485 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
These terms take effect from the date your account is registered. Continued use of this platform constitutes your acceptance of all conditions stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms and Account Creation
By registering an account with 13485, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 13485 platform.
To register an account, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name, active phone number, valid email address, and bank details used for deposits and withdrawals. All information provided must belong to you and not to any other party.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any party. 13485 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
Account registration is only permitted for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 13485 platform are required to comply with all established usage rules. You agree not to misuse the platform in any way, including but not limited to attempting to hack, manipulate game systems, use automated software or bots, or engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, abuse bonuses, or for any fraudulent purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balance.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Do not use your account for any money laundering activities.
- Do not post any unlawful content through the platform.
- Do not use a false name or identity information during registration.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
Payment and Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the 13485 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to you and is legally valid. 13485 does not accept payments made using accounts or cards that do not belong to the registered user.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment confirmation is received. Processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen — e-wallets such as Boost and GrabPay are typically processed within minutes, while online bank transfers may take up to one hour. 13485 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties, including banks or payment processors.
Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stated in the current withdrawal policy. Any withdrawal attempt suspected of fraud or in breach of bonus usage terms may be held for further review. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the current policy, which can be checked in the user account panel.
13485 reserves the right to reject, delay, or cancel any transaction suspected of violating applicable laws or platform terms without being required to provide detailed justification to the user.
Account Policy, Suspension and Liability Limits
Account Suspension and Closure
13485 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform in any way. Users whose accounts have been suspended may contact the support team via email to submit an appeal.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of a review, subject to the settlement of any outstanding commitments or bets.
Platform Liability Limits
13485 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from use of the platform, service disruptions, technical failures, or third-party actions. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and 13485 makes no warranties regarding its continuous or error-free availability.

All content on the 13485 platform — including logos, designs, text, software, graphics, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 13485 and is protected under applicable copyright laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from 13485.

The 13485 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience only. 13485 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from use of such links. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site separately before using them.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
13485 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will be posted on this page with a clear update date. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure you remain in compliance with the latest version of the terms. If you do not agree with any changes made, you may stop using the platform and request account closure.
These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
